[A] (14) 12½” unfinished blocks
[B] (4) 6½” unfinished blocks
[C] (2) 4½” unfinished blocks
¼ yard each of 3 different prints or solids
1¼ yards sashing and border 1 fabric
1¼ yards border 2 fabric
½ yard binding fabric, cut into (7) 2½” x WOF strips
4½ yards backing fabric

CUTTING

From Background Fabric, cut:
(21) 1½” x 12½” vertical sashing strips + corner block strips
(4) 51½” horizontal sashing strips
(2) 1½” x 4½” strips
(2) 1½” x 7½” strips
(4) 1½” x 5½” strips
(4) 1½” x 6½” strips
(2) 1½” x 64½” border 1 sides
(2) 1½” x 53½” top + bottom border 1
From Fabric 2, cut:
(2) 7½” x 4½” rectangles
(4) 5½” x 6½” rectangles
From Fabric 3, cut:
(2) 4½” x 7½” rectangles
(4) 6½” x 5½” rectangles
From Fabric 4, cut:
(2) 7½” squares
(4) 5½” squares

From Border 2 Fabric, cut:
(2) 3½” x 66½” side borders
(2) 3½” x 59½” top + bottom borders

STEP 1. MAKE CORNER BLOCK A

Join a 4½” unfinished block (C) with Corner A units as shown. Press.

Make 2.

STEP 2. MAKE CORNER BLOCK B

Join a 6½” unfinished block (B) with Corner B units as shown. Press.

Make 4.

STEP 3. ADD SASHING

Add sashing strips between 12½” unfinished blocks as shown.

STEP 4. ADD BORDERS

Add Border 1 sides first; Border 1 top and bottom second. Add Border 2 sides; Border 2 top and bottom. Press well.

Layer, baste, and quilt as desired. Add binding and enjoy!
